Return and Withdrawel Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a customer of Anorok, operated by Henning Lüke, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you or a third party (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard shipping (if applicable), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of their return, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

3. Conditions for Return of Goods

  • You are required to return the goods in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

  • We will bear the cost of returning goods for orders within the EU, UK, and Switzerland. For customers outside these regions, the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if the goods have been handled in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., beyond simply checking the item like you would in a physical store).

4. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return, please follow the steps below:

4.1. For customers in the EU, UK, and Switzerland:

  • Use the return label provided via our returns portal or sent to you via email. Returns with this label are free of charge.

  • Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or documentation.

4.2. For customers outside the EU, UK, and Switzerland:

  • You will need to cover the return shipping costs.

  • Please return the goods with a tracked shipment service to ensure safe delivery.

7. Refund Time Frame

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Typically, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been issued.

  • If you return only part of a bundle or multiple-item order, we will refund the proportional value of the returned item(s).
